Warehouse Supervisor

Imperial Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day warehouse operations for our client in Newton Aycliffe. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with strong organisational and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations at all times. This includes supporting the Warehouse Manager with team coordination and workload planning, maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site, and operating forklifts where required while ensuring safe manual handling practices are followed. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, accuracy, and order fulfilment, as well as training, mentoring, and supporting warehouse operatives. In addition, the supervisor will proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and warehouse optimisation to enhance efficiency and performance.
