      <description>Location: Cheshire | Salary: &amp;pound;35000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role:  Warehouse Supervisor    Location:  Crewe    Type:  Permanent   Shifts:  4 on 4 off (1pm-11pm)   Salary:  Up to -35,000 per annum  HRGO is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join a successful e-commerce distribution warehouse in Crewe.  You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and making sure orders are processed and dispatched on time.   The role:    Oversee and guide the warehouse team to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.  Use FLT equipment, including counterbalance and reach trucks, when required.  Monitor performance to ensure production and dispatch goals are regularly met.  Coordinate order picking activities and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.  Proactively spot potential issues and take steps to resolve them before they develop further.  Report more complex problems to senior management when necessary.  Distribute workload and staff efficiently in response to changing operational needs.  Support onboarding of new employees and help develop the skills of current team members.
