About the Warehouse Supervisor role: Our Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You ll take ownership of the general upkeep of the warehouse, making sure it stays organised, safe, and ready for the team to work efficiently. Day to day, you ll be supporting and supervising warehouse operatives, offering guidance, answering questions, and helping everyone stay on track. You ll also keep a close eye on picking and packing accuracy, investigating any errors and working with the team to prevent them in the future.
