This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation, supporting both day and night shifts in a temperature-controlled environment. Key Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for supervising the warehouse team across both day and night shifts in a chilled warehouse environment, ensuring all picking and packing activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards and customer expectations.Provide clear direction, support, and motivation to a team of between 4 - 10 warehouse operatives.
