Set the standard.We''re looking for a hands-on PM Operations Supervisor with Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT experience to take charge of our evening operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in running a safe and efficient warehouse.What You''ll DoLead and oversee all PM warehouse operations.Allocate runs when required (full systems training provided).Safely load, unload, and move palletised goods using FLT equipment.Ensure Health and Safety standards are always maintained.Report operational issues and keep management informed.Support and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.What We''re Looking For Counterbalance and/or Bendi FLT Licence Previous warehouse experience Strong leadership and communication skills Good IT skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy A positive, can-do attitudeWhy This Role?This is an opportunity to play a key role in the success of our operation.
