Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Salary:

• -34,000 per annum - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00)

• -36,000 per annum - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00)
  OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO SITE LOCATION

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise a team to achieve daily operational targets.

• Coordinate and oversee picking, packing, goods-in, and dispatch activities.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address issues as they arise.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety procedures.

• Support operational planning to meet customer demand and service levels.

• Liaise with managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements as Warehouse Supervisor:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or similar role.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety standards.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday always off; every other Saturday required).

• Own transport essential due to site location and limited public transport options.
