Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a dynamic and well-established logistics operation, are looking for a reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team based near Chalgrove on a full-time and permanent basis. You’ll take the lead on warehouse activities, ensure stock is processed with care, and play a key part in the wider operational flow of the business.

Are the Warehouse Operative, you will:

• Lead day-to-day operations in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
• Keep the workspace clean, compliant, and organised at all times.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies (forklifts, racking, tape, pallets etc.)
• Supervise a small team, ensuring instructions are followed and performance targets are met.
• Support with staffing issues, including punctuality, attendance, and conduct.
• Liaise closely with operations and warehouse management to keep things running smoothly.
• Get stuck in with general warehouse tasks when needed — receiving, pick & pack, fulfilment.

Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• A hands-on supervisor or team lead who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence
• Forklift licence (counterbalance or similar).
