About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Redditch. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

• Plan and allocate daily workloads, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.

• Carry out stock control and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and availability.

• Support training and development of team members, promoting a positive working environment.

• Liaise with other departments, drivers, and managers to ensure efficient operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the warehouse.

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of warehouse systems, stock management, and health & safety.
