What You''ll Do:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse operations run like a well-oiled machine. You''ll be right in the action, leading the picking and packing operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervision & Support: Oversee daily picking and packing operations, providing hands-on support to the team.
- Lead by Example: Work alongside your team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain order accuracy, monitor stock levels, and uphold a clean, safe working environment.
- Key Holder Duties: Take responsibility for closing the site, ensuring everything is secure at the end of the day.
What We''re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organisational skills to guide your team effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards in all aspects of your work.
- Trustworthiness: You must be responsible and reliable, as this role involves key holder duties.
- Physical Fitness: The role requires a good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the warehouse environment.
- FLT licence: An advantage if you hold a Forklift Truck licence.
