Pay Rate: -15.00 - -17.00 per hour depending on experience

We''re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced operation in Basildon. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and has a proven track record of leading warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations

• Lead and support a small team to meet daily targets

• Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately

• Maintain health & safety and housekeeping standards

• Coordinate stock control and inventory checks

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, can-do attitude
