Mon - Fri

One Saturday per month

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse goods-in department in-Silverstone.-This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all day shift warehouse activities
• Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes
• Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (warehouse operative experience is also a plus)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
