Warehouse Supervisor

Cooneen Group is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our Managed Service Centre in Wrexham. The successful candidate will help lead a small, friendly team of operatives, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. Supervise and support warehouse operatives, allocating workload and monitoring performance. Promote a safe, productive working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, stock accuracy and operational efficiency. Support the training and development of team members. Assist with goods-in, goods-out, stock movements and loading/unloading of vehicles. Update and maintain warehouse records, shipping documentation and system data, including PRIMA. Assist the Warehouse Manager with reporting, issue resolution and continuous improvement activities. Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility. Implement improvements which have been agreed with your Manager. Support an environment in which people feel comfortable to share information, learning and knowledge within the design team and across the wider business.
