Warehouse Supervisor

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Thetford. Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role within a busy and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the loading and unloading of lorries, ensuring goods are packaged and secured correctlyOptimise loads for maximum space and weight efficiencyCount, check, and sign off goods in and outPrioritise workloads in line with delivery and production schedulesLiaise with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Production Planning teams to ensure order accuracyCoordinate with delivery drivers, providing paperwork, itineraries, tools, and instructionsMaintain security of lorries, keys, and the dispatch areaUphold Health and Safety standards, ensuring fire exits and workspaces are kept clearAssist with additional Warehouse and Production duties as required Requirements: Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred but not essentialStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectivelyOwn transport is essential due to location What s on Offer: Competitive pay (depending on experience)Opportunity to work with a reputable companySupportive team environmentCareer development opportunities If you are interested in this position, please give us a call on (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
