Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?We''re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join one of our retail home store teams, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a crucial contribution to selling our preloved items. Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales. You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe and productive working environment. Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it is physically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.The store operates 9-6.30pm Mon-Sat and Sunday 10-4. This is a home and fashion store and the successful candidate will be running the main warehouse on home, along with supporting the sort room team.What are we looking for?You will be an experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or another customer focused industryDesirable but not essential to have stock management experience Motivated, proactive and commercially driven to lead a team Strong organisational and leadership skillsThrives working in a hands on, fast-paced environmentResults driven, resilient and able to adapt to the needs of the business ..... full job details .....
