Working closely with the DC Manager and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will allocate workloads, monitor workflow, support warehouse colleagues and help ensure productivity, safety and customer service targets are achieved. This is a hands-on operational leadership role and does not include formal line management responsibilities such as recruitment, appraisals, absence management or disciplinary matters.
