Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Wirral Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Reference: ASPLIVThe RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing business based in the Wirral.This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.Key Responsibilities Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilmentManage, support and develop the warehouse teamCoordinate the unloading of shipping containersManage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisationOversee picking and packing operationsPlan rotas, workloads and shift coverMaintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatchEnsure high standards of health and safety and housekeepingSupport general warehouse duties during busy periods Experience Required Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experienceStrong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experienceExperience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environmentConfident managing and developing a warehouse teamExperience using WMS and general IT systemsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsHands-on approach to warehouse operationsFLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous Package Competitive salaryMonday to Friday working hoursPermanent positionOn-site parkingHoliday allowance and workplace pension ContactEllis LoughranRecruitment ..... full job details .....
