Warehouse Supervisor - AM Shift £32,000 - £34,000 + Benefits Chessington Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm The Opportunity Cast UK are working with a well-established Distributor to the Hospitality sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their operation in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to take the next step in their career within a busy, fast-paced distribution environment. Working on the AM shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, you will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard. The Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation, supporting the Warehouse Manager and leading a team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Key responsibilities will include: Supervising and motivating the warehouse team on a daily basis Allocating workloads and ensuring resources are used effectively Overseeing goods in, picking, packing and despatch operations Ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines Maintaining high standards of health and safety and warehouse housekeeping Monitoring productivity, accuracy and operational performance Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy Investigating and resolving operational issues Training and developing warehouse colleagues ..... full job details .....
