Warehouse Supervisor / Quality Team Leader Location: Stansted, EssexSalary: £33,000-£35,000 per annumHours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday 8-12.45Permanent position We are recruiting for this really exciting newly created role with our long term Client who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Quality Team Leader to take responsibility for the quality function within a busy production and warehouse environment. You are probably already working within a warehouse as a Warehouse Supervisor, warehouse Team Leader, Goods Out Supervisor or similar, it''s the knowledge of how to identify quality problems within a warehouse environment and make the changes that is key. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident walking the production and warehouse floors, identifying where errors are occurring and putting practical procedures in place to prevent them from happening again. The company is looking for someone who will take ownership of quality across the operation. You will need to be comfortable questioning existing working practices, challenging the "this is how we have always done it" approach and clearly explaining what needs to change. This Warehouse Supervisor / Quality Team Leader role is not a role for someone who simply records mistakes after they have happened.
