WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - AFTERNOON SHIFT Location: Kettering Type of Role: Contract - ongoing Shift Pattern: 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays Salary: £19.92 per hour + 15% shift allowance for all hours worked after 19:00 (£22.91 per hour) About the Company Our client is a leading railway infrastructure company dedicated to excellence within the rail industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Warehouse Manager in leading a team to efficiently manage material deliveries and receipts, ensuring alignment with customer service objectives and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Lead a proficient team of warehouse operatives to meet operational demands, customer expectations, and achieve digital KPI targets. - Ensure timely delivery of materials to depots and both UK and overseas repairers in line with production schedules. - Oversee the training and development of new warehouse operatives within your area of responsibility, providing ongoing support as required.
