Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities: Workshop Management:Oversee the inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of hire equipment. Ensure all equipment returned from hire is checked and prepared for the next customer. Monitor workshop productivity and allocate workloads effectively.Support fault diagnosis and complex repair activities as needed.Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.Team Leadership:Supervise and motivate workshop and warehouse personnel.Manage daily workloads and prioritise tasks to meet operational demands.Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance performance and technical capabilities.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
