Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse and distribution operation. Reporting to the Branch Dispatch Manager, you will oversee warehouse activities, support and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of health and safety and operational performance. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse and distribution activities. Allocate workloads and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded safely and correctly. Support, motivate and develop warehouse employees. Assist with recruitment, inductions, rotas and timesheets. Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock control activities.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and PPE requirements. Monitor branch performance and help achieve KPI targets.
