You''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, support and motivate your team, and ensure stock is managed accurately while orders are dispatched safely and efficiently. Following a successful temporary period, there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position. This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the day. Manual handling, operating warehouse equipment (where authorised), and occasional overtime during busy periods will be required.What You''ll Be DoingSupervising the daily running of the warehouse to ensure all goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently.Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve productivity and service targets.Planning workloads and allocating duties to ensure customer deadlines are consistently met.Monitoring stock levels and carrying out regular inventory checks to maintain excellent stock accuracy.Investigating stock variances and implementing corrective actions where required.Working closely ..... full job details .....
