Location: Wednesbury, West Midlands
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours), Temporary Ongoing Contract
Salary: -12.50 - -13.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Storesperson to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, ensuring accuracy against relevant paperwork
• Operate within the internal SAP system and use Outlook for communication
• Store and rotate stock appropriately; conduct regular stock counts
• Report any missing or damaged goods to the warehouse manager
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
• Handle Goods In / Goods Out processes
• Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) to manoeuvre items
• Drive company van to various locations when required

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Must hold a valid FLT licence and Driving Licence
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines and company processes
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to reliably commute to Wednesbury or plan to relocate before starting work
• Licence/Certification (preferred):
  • Driving Licence
  • CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme)
