Warehouse Storekeeper

Our client-based South of the City of Lincoln requires an experienced Warehouse Storekeeper, to join their busy Warehouse which supports Aviation Logistics.The role is based on two 4-weekly shift patterns which rotate. The shifts include a day shift of 8am to 8pm and a night shift 8pm to 8am. It also includes on call duties, and the ideal candidate will be within a45-minute travel time of site. Full rotas are explained at point of application.The salary for this role is 27,500 per annum based on a 37.5 hour week.Duties and responsibilities of the role include:To execute bonded warehouse operations in full compliance with HMRC regulations while ensuring accurate aircraft part handling, traceability, and stock integrity. Receive aircraft parts under customs bond in accordance with approved procedures. Verify part numbers, serial numbers, documentation, and certification on receipt. Apply correct condition/status labels (e.g., serviceable, unserviceable, quarantine). Perform bonded transactions in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Report any discrepancies, non-conformities, or customs related issues immediately to the line manager. Store aircraft components in accordance with OEM specifications and environmental requirements. Maintain accurate physical and digital records to ensure full part traceability. Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts.
