Core Aspects of the Warehouse Shift Operations Manager role:Optimise Logistics Operations - Manage warehouse, transport, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Supplier and Vendor Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiency''s.Inventory and Stock Control - Ensure accurate stock levels, reduce waste, and improve inventory forecasting to avoid shortages or overstocking.Customer Order Fulfilment - Oversee sales order processing, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.Data-Driven Performance Management - Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs, such as lead times, cost per unit, and supplier performance, to drive continuous improvement.Warehouse and Facility Oversight - Manage warehouse operations, ..... full job details .....
