This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader to take ownership of a significant warehouse function, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering outstanding service levels.Managing a team of around 250 colleagues through a First Line Manager structure, you will be responsible for creating a culture of high performance, engagement and accountability, while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency remain at the heart of the operation.Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (06:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm), working any 5 days from 7.The RoleAs Warehouse Shift Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and delivery of your shift, ensuring operational targets are achieved while continuously improving processes and developing your team.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and developing a team of approximately 250 colleagues through a First Line Manager structure.Managing day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking, despatch, returns and recycling.Driving performance against key operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.Promoting a strong Health ..... full job details .....
