Job Description
The Role:

- Lead, motivate and manage a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Set, monitor and drive KPIs across productivity, accuracy and service.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Identify and address poor habits or under performance early.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Support training and development within the team.
- Be hands-on when required — supporting operations during busy periods.
- Provide strong managerial oversight to ensure standards are consistently met.

 
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in as a warehouse manager or senior supervisor.
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management.
- Someone who will get involved with warehouse work and lead from the front.
- Organised, reliable and solutions focused.
- Clear communicator with confident managerial presence.

 
Hours:

- 9am-5:30pm
- Salary 32k-35k DOE
