Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights) Doncaster Up to 46,000 Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + Excellent Benefits Start People are recruiting on behalf of a leading and rapidly growing logistics and distribution business based in Doncaster for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join their night operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and people-focused leader who has a proven track record of managing warehouse teams on a permanent night shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded. The Role Lead and manage a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs across the shift. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse colleagues. Manage performance, attendance, and engagement across the team. Work closely with senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all customer and service level requirements are achieved. Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager or similar leadership role. Experience managing teams on a permanent night shift pattern is essential. Strong people management and leadership skills.
