Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day management of a team of Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives and for delivering a culture that positively supports employee engagement. This is a full time, permanent role working 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 a unique shift pattern of a 8-week rotation - involving 6 weeks of 3 shifts per week and 2 weeks of 4 shifts.
