If yes, we have the opportunity for you!GXO are looking for a WarehouseShift Manager to join us at our new site in Wellingborough.You''ll be responsible for driving efficient operational performance on shift, ensuring service levels are met, and maintaining strong communication with the senior management team. You''ll lead, coach and develop colleagues to deliver results, all while promoting a safe, high-performance culture.This is a full-time, permanent position, where you''ll be working an ''any 5 from 7'' shift pattern. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.Pay, benefits and more:You''ll be paid a salary of up to £40,000.
