Warehouse Shift Manager

We are recruiting for 2 x experienced-Warehouse Shift Manager''s in the Swindon area to join a busy warehouse operation.

As the-Warehouse Shift Manager you will be-responsible for leading the warehouse operation-during the-shift, ensuring all inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role ensures operational continuity, leads a team of colleagues, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

About the Warehouse Shift Manager role:

• Competitive salary of -42,500pa
• Based in Swindon
• Proposed start date is May 2026 (willing to wait for right candidate)
• Monday to Friday operation-
• Working on fixed shift of either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm-

Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Shift Manager role:

• Oversee all warehouse operations during the assigned shift
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and productivity targets are met
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, replenishment, and stock movements
• Ensure accurate completion of shift reports, handovers, and system updates
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with H&S legislation, company policies, and site rules.

Skills & Experience required for the Warehouse Shift Manager role:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or shift-management role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, MHE, and inventory systems
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
