Key Responsibilities Support Team Leaders in the day-to-day management of operational teams. Lead, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve high performance. Monitor productivity, quality, and operational KPI performance. Promote and champion a strong health and safety culture. Support accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
