You will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment to our customers. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders from shelving, racking, and bin locations. Packing: Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring correct labels and shipping documentation are attached. Inventory Management: Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages to the supervisor immediately. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packing. Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Health and Safety regulations. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets (KPIs). Permanent
