Warehouse Picker and Packer needed in Tewkesbury, paying £12.80 (increasing with training), Shift Pattern 07:00-16:30 and 09:00-18:30 (occasional 07:00-16:00 Saturday shift)


Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker & Packer to join their cold store team. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong team-focused attitude to help ensure operations run efficiently.


Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a cold store environment

• Rotate and replenish stock as required

• Keep your work area, clean, organised and safe

• Prepare and load goods ready for dispatch

• Work collaboratively in a busy warehouse setting

About you:

• Reliable with a flexible approach to working hours

• Positive, hardworking attitude with good attention to detail

• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a chilled environment

• Able to travel to Tewkesbury consistently

• Previous warehouse experience
