Warehouse Picker and Packer

Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. You could earn -600 per week, paid weekly plus accrued holiday pay (Equivalent to -31,393 per year) + real overtime opportunities.

• Pay per hour is -12.71 + holiday pay
• Paid weekly-47.5 hours per week-

Responsibilities

• Carefully select and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols during loading and unloading processes
• Manage shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and inventory updates using the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Conduct quality control checks on packed items to maintain product standards
• Assist in stocking shelves and organising storage areas for optimal efficiency
• Participate in stock rotation and inventory counts as required
• Ensure the packing area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse management, picking & packing, or similar roles
• Strong materials handling skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping & receiving procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
