M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in NorthamptonYou will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 06:00 - 22.00PayHourly rate of pay between £12.89 - £18 per hour (shift dependent)Job rolePerform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising productsPick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucksEnsure meeting operational standards and customer service requirementsMaintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practicesExperience / Skills neededExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a team and on your own when requiredGreat attention to detail and high standards of English and MathsPrevious experience working in a warehouse is desirableM4 Specialist are an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
