Location: GrangemouthPay: 13.01 per hour - Training Period / 14.40 per hour - On Completion of TrainingHours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / RotationalAbout the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check, sort and store incoming goodsPick, pack and prepare orders for dispatchLoad and unload vehicles safely and efficientlyMove stock throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipmentWork towards daily productivity and accuracy targetsMaintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeepingFollow site procedures and safe working practices at all timesSupport colleagues and work effectively as part of the warehouse teamAssist with stock control and inventory checks as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or similar environment is desirable, although transferable skills will be consideredAbility to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and ordersAbility to follow instructions, processes, and site proceduresStrong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamworkReliable with a consistent work history demonstrating ..... full job details .....
