Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Order Picker with a background in busy distribution centres? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can achieve and exceed targets as part of a motivated team?
If so, we have fantastic opportunities for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team!
What you'll be doing:

• Accurately picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Loading and unloading goods (heavy lifting up to 25kg required)
• Carrying out quality checks on products before dispatch
• Working collaboratively to ensure daily KPIs and deadlines are met

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 6 months' warehouse experience within the last 2 years
• Ability to travel to Shirley for a 06:00 or 22:00 start time
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach to work
