Warehouse Operator

Warehouse Operator (Nightshift) 4 days on, 4 days off - 6pm - 6am Snodland, Kent 30,000 Alexander Steele are delighted to be supporting a successful manufacturing business in the search for a Nightshift Warehouse Operator. Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will support the efficient movement of goods and materials across the site while working closely with Production, Engineering, QA, and Hygiene teams. Responsibilities Customer order picking. Loading and unloading vehicles. Receiving goods and storing stock in warehouse locations. Picking materials and ingredients for production. Putting away finished goods from production into racking. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Providing cover for team members when required. Supporting other departments as needed. Completing general ad hoc warehouse duties. Skills and Experience Essential Previous warehouse experience. Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Truck licences with practical experience. Experience using stock control systems and basic computer skills. Understanding of stock accuracy and record keeping. Flexible approach to shifts, overtime, and holiday cover. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience handling palletised goods in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. ..... full job details .....
