Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)Northamptonshire Area 16.00 per hourMonday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am (30-minute unpaid break)We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing distribution and fulfilment operation on a permanent night shift.Key Responsibilities:Preparing, packing and labelling customer orders to strict e-commerce fulfilment standards.Assembling product kits and boxed sets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Organising stock and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.Carrying out general warehouse duties, including manual handling (lifting up to 10kg). What We''re Looking For:Previous warehouse, packing, fulfilment or assembly experience preferred.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace.Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable with manual handling duties.A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location and night shift hours, as public transport options are limited.
