Location: Coleshill, B46 1JU
Shifts: Days 05:00 - 13:00, Afternoons 13:00 - 21:00 and Nights 21:00 - 05:00
Pay Rate: Days - £12.60 , Afternoon - £13.23 and Nights - £13.73

We are currently looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join a team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our operations by picking orders using forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck), loading vehicles for delivery, and assisting with the cutting of flooring products when required.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Picking orders from the warehouse using forklifts (Counterbalance/Reach Truck).
Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring the correct items are dispatched.
Utilising in-house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.
Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil orders.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Perform normal warehouse duties when required

Requirements:
Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck) is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Ability to work efficiently during night shifts
Comfortable using in-house systems (tablets, RF scanners).
Ability to cut flooring products when required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
