Job Title: Warehouse Forklift OperatorLocation: Thame, Oxfordshire Job Type: Full-time / Rotation Shift-based(Mon- Fri 6am-2pm and Mon - Thurs 2pm -midnight)About the RoleMy client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift and Picker Operator to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring stock is handled accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (counterbalance / Pivot flexi truck / pallet truck as required)Load and unload deliveriesMove, stack, and store goods in designated areasPick, and prepare orders for certain production processesCarry out daily forklift checks and report any faultsMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environmentAlways follow health and safety proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as requiredRequirementsValid counterbalance forklift licencePrevious warehouse or forklift operating experienceGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to handle manual tasksGood timekeeping and reliabilityGood computer skillsDesirable (but not essential)Experience with warehouse management systemsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentIf you are interested in this role, please apply today.
