Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

Role Overview An experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required to join a small, busy warehousing team within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, material handling, and occasional local deliveries and collections. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance FLT Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch Booking goods in and out of the warehouse Processing delivery notes, despatch notes, and general warehouse paperwork Stock control and safe storage of materials Supporting production with materials handling as required Assisting with local deliveries and collections when necessary Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Working collaboratively within a small team and supporting colleagues where needed Candidate Requirements Previous warehouse experience Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence with practical operating experience Full, clean UK driving licence Computer literate (able to process paperwork and basic systems use) Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment Strong team player with a flexible and helpful attitude Good attention to detail and organisational skills Desirable (but not essential) Experience within a manufacturing or engineering ..... full job details .....
