Warehouse Operative / Parts Assistant (FLT Counterbalance)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:30pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Parts Assistant to join a busy parts department on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence looking for long-term employment with a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing parts and components accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
• Assisting with general warehouse and parts department duties
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse and/or parts department experience
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
