Warehouse Operative / Driver (Band 2) Location: Lisburn Pay Rate: Band 2 (£24,465 per annum) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm/7am-3pm Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment Start Date: Immediate start available Application Deadline: Wed 3pm 12th August 2026 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a CECS Warehouse Operative / Driver (Band 2) on behalf of our client based in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse or logistics professional to join a busy team, supporting the efficient receipt, storage, distribution and delivery of goods and equipment across the service. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining warehouse operations, stock control and delivery services while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with health and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist with the receipt, storage and distribution of stock and supplies. Prepare, pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver goods and equipment using vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management. Ensure warehouse areas are organised, clean and safe at all times. Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently. Support procurement and logistics activities as required. Work effectively as part of a team to meet service deadlines and operational requirements.
