The role ensures that all tasks are completed in compliance with food safety standards, health & safety regulations, and company procedures. The operative also plays a key role in supporting the wider logistics team, including assisting the Logistics Manager where required. Key Responsibilities Ensure all products are received, stored, and distributed in line with the company''s Food Safety Policy and BRC standards. Follow company HACCP guidelines. Complete all necessary food safety and hygiene records accurately and on time. Maintain traceability of goods through accurate documentation. Keep the cold store clean, well-organized, and free of obstructions or ice. Report any damages, equipment faults, or required repairs promptly.
