Warehouse Operative Location: Tewkesbury Salary 13.00 per hour 9-5 Monday to Friday Full time 9-5 Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Temp cover 02/11/26 - 27/11/26Duties Responsible for the efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of company products within the cold store environment. The role ensures that all tasks are completed in compliance with food safety standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures. The operative also plays a key role in supporting the wider logistics team, including assisting the Logistics Manager where required.Key Responsibilities Ensure all products are received, stored, and distributed in line with the company''s Food Safety Policy and BRC standards. Follow company HACCP guidelines. Complete all necessary food safety and hygiene records accurately and on time. Maintain traceability of goods through accurate documentation. Keep the cold store clean, well-organized, and free of obstructions or ice. Report any damages, equipment faults, or required repairs promptly. Complete all assigned daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks. Pick orders accurately, ensuring they are prepared on time and in good condition. Handle products carefully to maintain quality and reduce waste or damage. Ensure all dispatch paperwork is correctly completed and processed.
