A major refit and upgrade is taking place, with a large volume of goods being received and despatched daily. Main DutiesCoordinate, arrange and record all dispatches from sitePackage items/goods sufficiently for safe dispatch and transportation.Use of Stock Control System and registration of deliveries / goodsFile delivery notes and signed Receipt Registration labels.Inform staff and contractors when deliveries have arrived.Relocate parcels / deliveries to storage compounds / locations.Resolution of queries arising from missing deliveries and damaged goods etc.Stock management of consumables.Housekeeping and General Administration duties as required.
