Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance FLT) Ripon (driving licence required) £27,206 per annum rising to £28,246 after 3 months Paid Weekly Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm)We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficientlyOperating FLT equipment (Counterbalance licence preferred - training can be provided for the right candidate)Picking and packing orders accurately and efficientlyPutting stock away in correct locationsCompleting warehouse documentation and paperwork accuratelySupporting stock control and carrying out stock adjustments when requiredMaintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all timesWorking as part of a team to meet operational targets and customer expectationsFollowing all health and safety procedures and site rules About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous warehouse experienceA valid FLT Counterbalance licence (preferred, but not essential as training can be provided)Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic numeracy and literacy skillsA reliable and ..... full job details .....
