Warehouse Operative

Job Description: Warehouse Operative Position:Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 06:00 AM - 14:30 PM OR 09:30AM to 18:00PM Role Overview: My client is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse /e commerce duties.Key Responsibilities:- Unloading and loading deliveries in a safe and efficient manner - Relabelling products as required - Order picking and packing- Attention to detail is essential - Using hand scanners and glue gun- Carrying out general warehouse duties such as sorting, storing, and maintaining stock- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised- Assisting with stock rotation to ensure accuracy and availability of goods- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines, always ensuring a safe working environment- Working closely with other team members to meet warehouse and company goals Requirements:- Previous warehouse experience is essential- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Ability to lift and carry heavy items- Must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team- Good communication skills- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on reliability- Safety boots are required as part of the personal protective equipment (PPE)Benefits: - Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 per hour- Full-time, stable working hours Monday to Friday- Temp to perm postions available for the ..... full job details .....
